I think when you are a beauty queen hair is an important thing, so I was impressed when I saw this story of a beauty queen who raised money and shaved her head to raise awareness of childhood cancer research.
A great story, and as usual, I apologize if you have to watch a commercial prior to viewing the video but it is worth the wait.
Speaking of raising awareness, I have a very good friend Irvin Serrano, who is an outstanding photographer and he shot a photo project call "Beautiful Faces of Cancer" that is a must see.
