Filming of BP Gulf oil spill banned...

Yup, you just can't make this stuff.

As reported by Anderson Cooper on CNN the Obama administration has placed a ban on filming the gulf oil spill.

If you are a subscriber you will need to come to Weekly Photo Tips or head directly over to YouTube to watch Anderson's (disturbing) report.

As Anderson says in the video, this ban on filming/photography sure "makes it easier to hide failure and hide incompetence".

Thank you for sharing this. I am awestruck and angry. Scaling back our freedom to investigate that which has the potential to forever change (ruin) our world ... absolutely unforgivable. I will remember this when Obama wants to be my president again. No way in hell.

This may seem like a small thing to some, but this a restriction on the very foundation of freedom we all share. To allow the government to restrict the free press allows action or lack there of to be seen.

It opens the door for curruption at the highest levels. Not in my America! This is not what our freinds, family, daughters, and sons have fought and died for since the begining.

FREEDOM is what defines this county and this president has made a mockery of it. This administration is attacking every aspect of our freedom and and is making bridle the foundation of who we are. Maybe this country will think a little more about WHO the canidates are as apposed to what their skin color is next time they enter the voting booth.

I know I will!

Doesn't make sense to me, after watching the video. I wonder what the real story is, behind the restrictions. I'm sure we'll never know.
