Scott, do you have to be a new member to use this? Or can you upgrade from an existing account? Just wondering if you knew. I'll shoot Smugmug an email just in case
Just got an email back from Smugmug (the very next day!). They said that it's only for new members but that once my yearly membership is up, if I like the pro upgrade, they will honor the 20% for the following year! Now that's customer service!
