It was just a month ago that we celebrated reaching 1,400 subscribers and in the blink of an eye we have crossed the 1,500 subscriber threshold!

It is a great blog, Scott. And I too really enjoy the off-topic content as well. It's all really worthwhile and very easy to digest!
I've got to say, I'm glad I stumbled on this blog. The reviews are great, I've not only learned a bunch about gear that I've seen before, but I've also found some pretty neat gear that I've never heard about!
As half-blind mentioned, the off-topic content is worthwhile. It keeps the reader (hey, that's me!) engaged at a personal level - which is what I think you want in a blog. I'm always excited to read your next entry, whether it's regarding a review of a certain product or something special that's going on in your life.
