I've almost went and bought the backpack cause it looked like a great sale...BUT...then I realized that other places have it for 139$ regular price...and then I went to see how much it cost over here in Croatia, Europe, and we have it for just a bit over 100$...so I'm not sure what is going on with Adorama's pricing, only 20$ difference when is on sale, and almost 30$ more when it's not...it doesn't seems like a big deal anymore.

B & H Photo sells the same bag for $110 (with shipping), Amazon.com is selling it for $139 (free shipping).
So to me $79 (with free shipping) seems much less expensive than $110 or $139.

I can’t speak to pricing in Croatia, but $20 less is still $20 less.

An excerpt from a letter I just sent adorama about cf cards ordered last month.


I needed this three weeks ago, I don't need it any more.
Your service is a joke and I'm tired of dealing with your flippant service representatives.
The rep said today, " how are we to know how our products are shipped?"
Unless you make this Large mistake of YOURS a bit less sour , The product will be coming back. And if you try to steal a restocking fee You will get a report filed with the better business bureau. You could have at least expedited the shipping. It will have been A MONTH since I ordered.
And at the rate you move, the snow will be flying.
. Normally I could accept shoddy service, but the lack of consideration by Adorama is unacceptable.

I was extremely concerned to read your posting, but at this point can only apologize for the poor level of service you describe.

I am not surprised you're angry and fed up - in your position, I am sure that I would feel the same way.
I would very much like the opportunity to investigate why your order took so long to process, and to further details of the conversation that you reported between yourself and our CS representative on the 'phone.

I appreciate that you will - quite rightly - be fed up with us. However, if you can spare me a couple of minutes to email me directly with your order number, plus the date and time of your 'phone call - and the number that you called from - I will be able to access the tapes of the call and appropriate action can be taken.

Again, my sincere apologies. This really isn't the standard of customer care that we expect from our CS team.I do look forward to hearing from you.

Not to minimize your problem, but I do need to say I have ordered a ton of things from Adorama and have not had any problems (knock on wood).
