This 6 part Lightroom workflow video was put together by Matt for Scott Kelby's World Wide Photo Walk.
Though it's just an overview, it's over 30 minutes long, very informative and shows why I am (and you should be) a big fan of Matt and the good folks over at the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.
You can get more of Matt (and a lot more education) at Lightroom Killer Tips, DTown TV, Kelby Training, and Photoshop Killer Tips.

Thanks for sharing. Matt does a wonderful job with his Lightroom Killer Tips podcast. I have learned so much from him. Lightroom is truly an amazing photo and I do 99% plus of my photo work in lightroom and the remainder in photoshop. Many times a photo does not even make it into photoshop.
Hi Scott--love your site and am always pleased to see it in my email. How about something regarding Aperture for us Mac users? That would be great!
All the best,
V. Varona
Thank you for sharing! I love Matt's tutorials, tips and news he posts on his Lightroom Killer Tips blog.

Learning how to use Lightroom really goes a long way on organization and streamlining your work, no matter if you are a pro or an amateur on photography. Especially when you are taking a lot of pictures for your portfolio. As a novice on photography, I took advantage on learning more when I went on a family vacation at Irving. Photographers there had noticed me shooting beautiful scenery and taught me some tips on my workflow, which is why I had a good time visiting there.
Learning from your tutorials and personal experience from my vacation at Irving, photography skills of mine has improved, and it's awesome for shooting at conventions.
