The slideshow from our last wedding...

This is from the wedding of Margit & Eric that we shot on July 5th.

What a fun wedding, not only was it obvious that the bride and groom were deeply in love, but you got the real sense that the guests felt the same way about them.

Is he in the left hand clouds (behind the bride) - the green tree limbs seem to point right at him?

This reminds me of something I read in "The Photographer's Guide to the Eye" on the PopPhot.com web page:

"How can a photographer take advantage of these findings? If you want to draw the eye first to something nonhuman in a photograph, leave out faces, be they human, dog, or mask.

If you want to tap the viewer's strongest subconscious impulses, hide faces or face-like shadows in the trees and clouds. (After all, painters such as Van Gogh and Cezanne did this -- intentionally or not -- and we're still looking at their pictures.)"
